Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We do NOT offer refunds for custom made items, since they cannot be returned to inventory.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is received in damaged condition, we recommend filing an insurance claim on the package through USPS. We include free insurance with all packages. USPS claims generally take 3-5 days to be processed, with the payout being mailed in the form of a check. We’re happy to assist with questions relating to filing USPS insurance claims.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not issue refunds relating to worn, damaged, or peeling grip tape overlays. There are just too many things that can happen to products of this type, which are completely out of our control.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We may, by discretion, offer a replacement for products showing excessive wear or damage, for 30 days after the product is received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tractiongrips.com and we can arrange a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
