Unconstitutional laws won't tread on us.

Tractiongrips will continue to ship grips to California residents, unlike Amazon or Ebay

This year, California and several municipalities in other states have passed laws and ordinances prohibiting grip tape from being ordered online and shipped directly to customers. These products can be purchased locally, but for some reason, they’ve decided it is too dangerous to allow shipping the grip tape to a customer. We believe all laws targeting the right to keep and bear arms are unconstitutional, and when the laws get to be this ridiculous they just have to be ignored. We sell grip tape. It’s pretty simple product to understand. A person can go in to a hardware store and buy the same stuff with no background check, no ID, and no question asked. Because we precision cut it to stick on to firearms grip, these governments have decided to make people jump through hoops. Platforms like EBay and Amazon let us know that they would be geographically restricting where customers would be allowed to purchase our grips, and over the past few months, we’ve seen our huge customer base on those platforms disappear completely as their bots identify products as being regulated in those places. I am just left in disbelief that our nation has become like this, allowing our rights to be trampled on by politicians who elevate themselves and look at citizens as subjects. Since the founding of this country, citizens have a responsibility to ignore unconstitutional laws or illegal orders. That said, we’re happy to continue shipping our grip tape to these locations. To comply with stupidity is… just, well, stupid.
